The Property: The subject property consists of a 9,200 SF building leased to Family Dollar with 9+ years remaining on the initial term.  The newly constructed asset was built in closer proximity to the dense residential area than the competing Dollar General.

The Challenge: The client wanted moderate leverage and a low rate with no prepayment penalty. A loan solution with a zero prepayment penalty, optimal loan terms and a favorable long term lending partner can be hard to find.
